1323. Verse 8 And Jehovah scattered them from there over the facea of the whole earth; and they left off building the city.

'Jehovah scattered them over the facea of the whole earth' means here, as previously, that they were not acknowledged. 'And they left off building the city' means that such doctrine was not received.
